HEPA H13/H14 terminal filter with flange frame
The NanoClass Square EF FL is a terminal filter for cleanrooms and clean benches with a flange frame for mounting in filter housings and ductwork. The filter medium is microglass fibre paper in various grades, pleated into a pack and sealed into an anodised aluminium frame. The panel is available in class H13 (>99.95%) and H14 (>99.995% at MPPS), and in four installed depths from a compact 30 mm up to 150 mm. Mini-pleat technology gives uniform laminar flow with low pressure drop, and every panel is supplied guaranteed leak-free.
